About these documents
Minutes are published in draft after each meeting and are formally approved at the meeting that follows, so a recent set may still be marked as a draft. Agendas go up at least three clear days before a meeting.
Some of the older finance and audit papers were scanned from paper and cannot be read aloud by a screen reader. If you need one of them in a different format, ask the clerk and it will be provided. Contact the council.
